Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Swoosh is not VAT registered, therefore we do not charge VAT.

Cancellations?

If you need to cancel, We require at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking or there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

What happens if it rains or weather conditions are bad?

Unfortunately, our work is ‘weather permitting’. We always keep a close eye on the weather. bookings will contact you a day or two before your booking if the weather is looking bad. If the weather still doesn’t look good we can rearrange another visit for you.

Do you have any restrictions on where you can work on my vehicle?

We do have several restrictions for safety and insurance purposes when working on a customers vehicle. We will not valet a vehicle which is parked on the side of a road or if it is on a council-owned car park

How can I pay you?

We accept all major credit debit cards, cash and BACS which must be paid before the valeter leaves.

I live in a flat and don’t have access to water and electricity, is this a problem?

Not at all! Our vans are equipped to carry water and a generator for power.

What about unpleasant smells and spillages in my vehicle can you remove the smells and stains?

Generally speaking the main smells we are able to remove are: cigarettes, milk, vomit, dogs, urine, faeces, and ink. All of these smells can be removed adequately, but in some cases you may need a odour treatment to remove the smell fully.

How long does it take to clean a car?

Anything from 1 - 5 hours depending on the quality of work needed, but as a general rule 2 to 4 hours.

Can you get a same day booking?

Sometimes but it depends on whether there is a cancellation by another client. I would recommend at least 24 to 48 hours notice as appointments on the day aren’t always available.

Do you work weekends?

Yes but generally not on a Sunday and it also depends on availability and other appointments.

Will my seats be wet after cleaning?

They may be slightly damp, depending on the weather and condition of the seats prior to cleaning; we supply disposable seat covers and floor mats as part of the service, which allows you to use the vehicle if necessary. In good weather, your seats should be completely dry within 2 - 3 hours.
